During / After Your Move Date

• You can trace your shipment by contacting SelfMoves USA (1-888-530-5899) during normal business hours (9:00am-5:30pm, EST). The transit times / delivery date listed on your contract are estimates only and not guaranteed. SelfMoves USA will do everything possible to deliver on or before your estimated delivery date (unless other arrangements have been made)
  
  
• Once the trailer has arrived at destination terminal, SelfMoves will call you at the contact phone numbers you provided and set-up your delivery appointment.
  
  
• You (or a legal representative) must be present at delivery location to sign delivery receipt and to show driver exactly where to park the trailer.
  
  
• Remove bulkhead wall and unload your shipment.
  
  
• Broom sweep the floor and remove all debris (boxes, wrap, etc…) from the trailer.
  
  
• Contact SelfMoves and/or the local terminal to advise the empty trailer is ready for pickup.
  
  
• Enjoy your new life in your new city!!
  
  
• Complete your rebate card request form. This must be done within 30 days of delivery of your trailer in your new city.
