With the Premium Service, we still blend the convenience of saving money over a full service moving product while still providing the value of a rental truck.

DETAILS OF THE ‘PREMIUM’ MOVING PACKAGE

• You select the day you want to have your trailer for loading.  We will arrange and guarantee loading dates.
• The driver will normally arrive early in the morning and place the trailer in your location. Trailers must be loaded within an allotted amount of time on same day – unless previous arrangements have been made with SelfMoves USA. Time is based on the amount of space you purchased.
• Once the shipment is loaded and secured – the driver will install the bulkhead wall to provide added security.  Your shipment is never transferred or moved off this trailer.  Your shipment arrives in your destination city on the same trailer - in the same location on the trailer - and in the same condition as you loaded in your origin city.
• While the trailer is en route to your new city, you may contact the driver at anytime to track your shipment. Or, you may contact us at 1-888-530-5899 for an up-to-date tracking of your trailer.
• When the driver is within 24 hours of being ready to deliver, he will contact you to make arrangements to meet you and to get any last minute instructions or directions to the unloading location. You need to make sure you (and your labor help) are there to unload when he arrives.
